fast, good and powerful!

Today I have finished all the mixes of all the drums parts, and also I have recorded the rhythms guitars of Shadows, A New Awakening and Get out of my Way…  I’ve spend like 4 hours in front of the monitors trying to find the best sound and way to play on this record.

I have found an amazing guitar sound between the tube screamer pedal and a Peavy 550 amp on my GT-PRO. I prefer a thousand times Boss than the Line 6 effects. that’s why i use a boss GT-8 on stage… easy, light and raw.

The “A new awakening” song also have the keys parts ready, Penny recorded this song a few moths ago. so we decide to use this parts on the album because have the right synth sound for the solo and intro/outro…  (Yes… A keyboard solo… ) … she uses for the song her old Roland XP-30 …

And to be honest, the best keys sounds are on the demos…. on the demos I’ve recorded the bass guitars part to give to Penny a reference… but she’s better bass player than me.. and have a better ear to find the right keys sounds for songs.
